Data-sharing markets for integrating IoT data processing functionalities

Abstract The recent evolution of the Internet Things into a cyber-physical reality has spawned various challenges from data management perspective. In addition, IoT platform designers are faced with another set questions. How can platforms be extended to smoothly integrate new functionalities? Currently, processing related tasks typically realized by manually developed code and functions which creates difficulties in maintenance growth. Hence we need explore other approaches integration for platforms. this paper cover both these aspects: (1) several emerging challenges, (2) propose an model that combine disparate functionalities under one roof. For first, focus on following challenges: sensor quality, privacy streams, machine learning management, resource-aware management. second, information-integration revolves around concept Data-Sharing Market where share exchange information about their functionalities. data-sharing markets themselves combined networks flows market another, web resources.
